1. Electrical
1st Phase
The electrical points, Proposed idea of the placement of lighting, Socket points, ceiling fan & LED cove lights installation.
2nd Phase
Works begin, removing loose/Unused wires for safety reasons.
We begin to extend points in the house and proceed with follow-ups. Install all lighting in the home takes about 1-3 days to proceed with running the cabling and installing the lights.
3rd Phase
Touch up electrical issues finalising the major/minor issues of the lighting.
If need be changes to confirm a better option.
Duration: 1-2 days
2. Carpentry
Carpentry is the part where most options turn to Ikea with the producing cheaper alternative.
However Designed & Fabricated Carpentry gives the importance of interior design fitting your style and design into your home. Tv console, Kitchen Cabinets & etc etc. Designed & Fabricated Carpentry precise measurements needed to be taken before the start of the fabrication.

Design& Fabricate: 2-4 weeks
Installation: 1 weeks
Duration: Depends on the amount of carpentry needed to build.
3. Plumbing
The owner has to purchase all toilet accessories & designed vanity. How fast can it be delivered? After purchasing it takes about 1 week. Shout out to lights & bathroom solutions!
The plumber then has to fix up all accessories and if needed, change water pipes and install toilet & kitchen sinks.
Duration: 1-3 days
